The use of this add on browser extension ("Extension") and the Services (as defined herein) is subject to the following End User License Agreement ("TOS"), which constitutes a legal binding and enforceable agreement between you and Firearc Technologies LTD ("you" or "user", and "Firearc Technologies LTD" respectively).
Please read this TOS carefully before installing the Extension and using the Services.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TOS
By installing the Extension and using the Services in any manner, you warrant that you have read and understood the terms of this TOS and agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, do not install the Extension or use the Services.
ELIGIBILITY AND AGE LIMITATION
You hereby warrant that you are eligible to enter into this TOS and you are not prohibited by any authorized authority, judicial order or law into entering in any agreement; you have all proper authorization, if you are acting on behalf of a corporation or any third party, to enter into this TOS. Furthermore, you represent and warrant that you are of legal competence to enter into this TOS and you are at least sixteen (16) years of age. If you are under 18, please be sure to read this TOS with your parents or legal guardians.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
This Extension is a browser add-on that changes your browsers' new tab setting or features that you may choose to install. The installation of this Extension may affect your browsers' search settings. As part of this Extension features, you will be provided with a direct web search, as well as other enhancing features. Furthermore, please note that this Extension enhances your search experience by providing and offering relevant advertising based on your searches ("Services").
Operation of the Extension and Services requires operational internet connection.
LICENSE
Subject to the terms of this TOS, you are hereby granted with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, limited right to download, access and use the currently available version of the Extension and Services, solely for your lawful, personal, and non commercial use.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Extension and Services, including any code, content, protocols, design, software, and documentation provided to you by the Company Firearc Technologies LTD, shall remain the property of Firearc Technologies LTD. The Company retains all intellectual property right, title and interest in and to Extension and Services, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, trademarks, logos, trade secrets, trade names, proprietary rights, patents, titles, computer codes and moral rights whether registered or not and all applications and derivatives thereof.
PRIVACY POLICY & COLLECTED INFORMATION
When you download the Extension and use the Services, the Company' as well as its business partners and service providers, will collect certain data regarding your use, among others, in order to provide the Services. The Company's privacy practices are detailed in the Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference and constitutes an integral part of this TOS.
TERMINATION & UNINSTALL
At any time, you may stop using the Extension and Services. To uninstall the Extension, you may use the standard uninstall processes available through your browser's settings. For more information, see the following links: Google Chrome; Mozilla Firefox; Explorer.

THE EXTENSION AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" "AS-AVAILABLE" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
For any dispute, you have with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. If we were not able to resolve the dispute informally, this TOS and any dispute relating to the Extension and Services shall be governed by the laws of the state of Israel, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the applicable court in Tel Aviv, Israel.
